HISTORY

Weston. The 15,000 acres of land now comprising the City of Weston was first amassed in the 1950’s by a gentleman named Arthur Vining Davis, the original owner of Weston’s primary developer, Arvida.  Over the course of the ensuing years, plans were prepared as to how the land would be developed and how that development would be financed, and the area now known as Bonaventure was sold to be developed separately.  [Click above link for Calendar of events and much more!]  Click below to read about Weston's abundant awards and recognitions:

Davie. The Town of Davie is home to over 106,000 residents who live across a lush 35 square miles within central Broward. The Town of Davie is also the nexus of higher education in South Florida where several nationally known colleges, technical institutes, and universities make up the South Florida Educational Center.

COMMUNITY

Parkland. The City of Parkland has a population of approximately 32,000 and is located in the northwest corner of Broward County.  Established in 1963, the City has grown from humble beginnings while remaining environmentally proud and is home to nine parks and five public schools.  The City has been named the best City in Florida in which to raise a family by WalletHub.
